To address this, we collaborated with Panasonic to gather insights from individuals and their relationships with their televisions. We conducted interviews to help Panasonic understand key trends and consumer needs in next-generation television. Our findings helped Panasonic envision how to strategically position itself for innovation, focusing on user experience, technological integration, and content delivery​.
