Communicate to Vaccinate

How can we help employers, especially in smaller businesses, communicate effectively about Covid-19 and encourage vaccination and safe practices. In the face of widespread vaccine hesitancy, we produced a website for employers to use in developing and tailoring vaccine initiatives and communications for their employees and stakeholders. This urgent, rapid, and iterative process was guided by evidence-based principles and translated for use with human-centered design. Funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the website provided a roadmap and advice across 12 topics, including addressing vaccine hesitancy, answering scientific questions, fighting misinformation, communicating across cultures, developing incentive and mandate plans, and navigating a safe return to the workplace.
